Geoff I'm really enjoying this. Initially I was reminded of Boredoms and Flying Saucer Attack; then "Root" (I think it was?) where Thurston Moore sent short guitar tracks to alternative musicians to play with.
About 200 metres from my house is an installation, called a "Time and Tide Bell". It's made to ring by the sea around high tide, and this sometimes distorts the sound in a really interesting way: just like "The Winds (24 Mix)".
